I produce and sell the aluminium and some other parts that are required when building the TRON hobby CNC router (http://www.tron-cnc.de). If you're building this machine and are looking for someone who will custom-machine all the necessary parts, you can stop searching. With a 90%-probability, all the parts are finished and ready to be packed and sent to you. If some parts are currently sold out, I will make them in a couple of days.
In 2009, I've delivered TRON parts to more than 40 customers from different European countries, as shown in the following table:

Material
All the parts are machined of the 2030 AlCuMgPb aluminium alloy. This alloy combines all the properties you expect from a material for such application:
- very good strength (340 MPa in tension)
- sufficient hardness, ensuring the resistance against mechanical damage
- excellent machinability (decreases the production cost)
- quality surface after machining
- low price (aprox. 5 EUR/kg)
Surface finish
On your demand, I can anodize the parts into some colors. Anodizing has decorative and slightly anticorrosive purpose, it doesn't protect the parts against mechanical damage. You can choose between black, red and blue color. Anodizing extends the delivery term by 3-4 days.

Delivery and payment conditions
- Delivery term: 1 week if all the parts are ready, 2 weeks otherwise
- Method of shipment: Czech Post
- Method of payment: advanced payment using bank transfer
How to order
The order and any further communication can be done through my e-mail this way:
- Send an e-mail to the address listed below and specify the parts you want to order, and the color of anodizing, if you like. Please attach your license to build the machine (Nachbaulizenz), which can be obtained in PDF from the author of the machine after paying the license fee. Also specify which version of the machine are you going to build (TRON or TRON Plus). If you are ordering all the aluminium parts as they are listed in the documentation, you don't have to send me any drawings. Please give me your full address for delivery, and if you need an invoice, also the name, full address and any other necessary data of the company.
- You will get an acknowledgement of your order with the total price in PDF format, including the expected delivery term. There will also be my bank account number and any other necessary data to perform the advanced payment.
- The dispatch of the parts (or manufacturing the parts that were sold out) starts as soon as the final order is done.
- You will get an e-mail message when the payment reaches my account.
- Another message tells you that the package was forwarded to my post office. You will get the parcel number and URL for online tracing.

Finally, please drop me an e-mail after receiving the parts to have a feedback that everything was OK.

Modifications, changes, custom production
If you need only some parts of the standard TRON set, or need to modify some of them, or to manufacture brand new ones according to your design, I'm here for you.
