Although my main work is the metalworking itself, I can offer the complete service in terms of realizing the project from the primary idea up to delivering the final product or device. The following figure shows the typical progress of the order:

Your order can be specified at any degree of completion - from just an idea up to the complete technical drawings. This, of course, determines the amount and price of development work that will be necessary to do. And of course, the less detailed is the specification, the more discussion on the project will be necessary. E-mail can be used to talk about a project with at least basic degree of completion, phone calls usualy don't solve anything.


Of course I use CAD systems to design the single parts as well as the whole assembly. It is also possible to create a 3D-model, that gives better impression of the overall product look and enables for example to get the weight of the part before it is produced or to detect the collisions of the moving parts.
The technical documentation can be provided to the customer (for example to archive it according to the ISO 9000 standards). But note that creating a professional documentation for external use takes much more effort and time than just drafting some drawings that are good enough for me to make the product.


Although you might need to produce just a single piece, note that in such cases, the price of its design, development and preparation can exceed the price of the product itself severalfold. Also note that there is no continual proportion between the series size and the delivery time. Even when making just one piece, the delivery time cannot be cut under some certain length, required by a production process. Please always consider carefully how many pieces to order.


Delivering the products outside the Czech Republic and choosing the type of payment is always a subject of negotiation.
