I offer my services in conventional machining of small parts and assemblies. I'm focused on single-piece and small-lot production mainly of aluminium alloys.

Currently, there are a lot of companies offering very wide range of services, but doing everything externaly (outsourcing). Such companies are just kind of agencies, transferring all the work to their subcontractors who then start to physically do something. So you uselessly pay an in-between. But this way of work is only necessary and convenient in cases of big orders counting hundreds or thousands of pieces. On the other hand, when having a small-lot order, it brings extra communication overhead, making the products more expensive, extending the delivery times and increasing the risk of mistakes or bad quality.

In contrast to that, I prefer the "all in one workshop" way of work, only using subcontractor for those jobs, that require some special expensive machine or device - e.g. surface finishes, laser cutting etc. This makes the advantage of minimum communication overhead, no idle times between the operations and high flexibility in modification processes.
